So you're going to be typing a lot of stuff not knowing: 1.) What this line of code does, 2.) How to apply it to any other program, or 3.) How to change or modify it so that it works under different conditions. Most of the exercises are creating very specific-use programs that you'll probably never use again, and the script that you're prompted to enter is never really broken down and explained to you. Yesterday I completed the last exercise in the book, and although the book is okay at getting you started, it's really not going to help you become very proficient. I was really looking forward to receiving this, as I've been endeavoring to teach myself to program in Visual Basic.
